Martina Kunert, Team Leader (Interim Country Director) holds an M.A, in Pol. Science and Contemporary, Social & Economic History from the University of Mannheim, Germany. She sits on the Board of Directors but is currently a silent member as she has taken up the position of Interim Country Director on a voluntary basis until RENAMA can source a full-time Country Director. Martina currenly provides guidance to the office team and project managers and leads on the development of new projects and partnerships according to the goals set by the Board of Directors and the RENAMA policies. Nyayori Benoni, Assistant Programme Management Assistant Trainee & Interim MBAULA Secretariat Support assists the RENAMA management team in undertaking research, proposal writing, as well as relationship management & correspondence with stakeholders and members of the two networks facilitated by RENAMA. She is enthusiastic about information exchange, education and creation of sustainable change especially for the young generations.
. Thomson Jere, Financial Administrator, holds an Accounting Technician Diploma by the Public Accountants Examination Council of Malawi (PAEC) from Mzuzu College of Accountancy. Thomson has several years of experience managing substantiial donor grants and ensures precise and thorough handling of and reporting on RENAMA’s finances. Patrick Karohl, Intern, obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Technics from Germany in June 2014. He is currently spending a voluntary year in Malawi through the German Gevrnment’s “weltwaerts” programme to contribute to RENAMA’s activities. Patrick is mainly involved in technical support to the Energy Kiosk and other field projects, technology research, project design & applications and the set-up of the RENAMA library.
